Ricardo Lourenço
Born in Portugal, Ricardo came to the United States at just eight years old. He's been immersed in the insurance industry since 2007, building a foundation of knowledge that spans nearly two decades. He became a licensed life insurance agent in Florida in 2016, and by 2019, he found his true calling: helping seniors navigate the complex world of Medicare.
Today, Medicare is his primary focus — but his expertise extends far beyond. From life insurance and annuities to final expense and supplemental coverage, Ricardo handles it all. As CEO, CFO, and CTO, he's the engine that keeps Your Insurance Experts running day in and day out. If there's a task that needs doing, Ricardo is on it.
He's the one behind the scenes — crunching numbers, comparing carrier plans, managing operations, and making sure every client gets the right coverage at the right price. He doesn't just know insurance; he lives it.
Yenitzel Figueroa
Born in Panama, Yenitzel came to the United States at nineteen with ambition and a drive to make a difference. Her insurance career began in 2012 at State Farm, where she learned the fundamentals of client service and protection planning. She later joined New York Life as an independent agent, deepening her expertise in life insurance and building lasting relationships with the families she served.
In 2020, Yenitzel transitioned solely into Medicare, drawn by the opportunity to help seniors make informed decisions about their healthcare during one of life's most important transitions. In 2023, she and Ricardo co-founded Your Insurance Experts, combining their complementary skills into a partnership built on shared values and a commitment to doing right by every client.
Today, Yenitzel's primary professional focus is in real estate — she's been a licensed realtor since 2022. But as Chief Marketing Officer, she remains the beauty and brains behind the brand. She shapes the company's voice, visual identity, and client experience, ensuring that every interaction with Your Insurance Experts feels warm, professional, and trustworthy.
Above all, Yenitzel is a proud mother. Her daughter is a nurse, her son serves in the United States Air Force, and she's the grateful grandmother of a three-year-old grandson who keeps her smiling. Family is at the heart of everything she does — and that same dedication extends to every family she helps protect.
